Clinicable is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. We use enquiry details to respond to clinic owners and practice managers who ask about a workflow review or pilot.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your enquiry. We do not collect more than we need to reply.

How we use it

We use this information to assess whether a conversation or workflow review is appropriate and to get back to you. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you later ask us to.

Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and we need your details to respond.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up that comes from it, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
